Who developed breezy point in the 1960s
Don eastvold helped with it, not sure if this helps.
So why did they close Prime Time I don't get it
That is a separate business, not associated with our resort. They have been closed for two years now. It was recently purchased, I believe, and the new owners are working on it.

New ownership are not ready this year. It’s been closed for a couple of years now. Ski Gull is open for sledding.
